Security FAQ
How do you decide who is allowed to see the views I create?
Permission to access views is based on whether or not a person is permitted to access the underlying data source. For Google Spreadsheets, this is based on your publishing and sharing settings for the worksheet.
In the future, we will we will have a subscription service with enhanced functionality, as well as a continuing free service. The free service will show relevant advertisements when in full view mode BASED ON A PORTION OF THE DATA IN THE VIEW.
Do you support HTTPS/SSL?
All communications between the user and the Eureka Software service, and between the service and Google Spreadsheets are done via SSL.
How do you use my Google Login information?
We do not store your password or any Google authentication tokens within our service. Clicking on the "Remember Me" checkbox during login stores a Google authentication token locally on your machine (much like clicking on "Remember Me" when normally logging in to a Google account).
